Health Guarantee

Health Guarantee

At Pauls Kennel, we take immense pride in ensuring the health and well-being of our puppies. Our puppies are 100% guaranteed to be in good health and free of any signs of infection or contagious diseases at the time of purchase. We believe in the lifelong relationship we build with our customers, and this commitment does not end once you bring your puppy home.

As a family of breeders, experienced teacup puppy counselors, and passionate puppy lovers, we do everything we can to ensure that your new family member is healthy and ready to thrive in your home. However, a puppy’s health is influenced by various factors such as genetics, diet, exercise, and overall care. While we cannot guarantee that your puppy will never face health challenges, we guarantee to do our best in providing you with a healthy, happy puppy.

Health at the Time of Sale

The seller certifies that the puppy is in sound health at the time of sale, to the best of our knowledge. The puppy has been given all vaccinations and deworming treatments as outlined in the provided vaccination record. We strive to provide a healthy puppy, and once you bring your puppy home, you will be responsible for ongoing vaccinations, boosters, and deworming treatments as recommended by your vet.

Genetic Health Issues and Warranty

If your puppy experiences health issues related to genetics, we have specific guidelines for how we handle such situations:

1. Genetic Defects: If your puppy develops a genetic health problem, you must provide an official report from a licensed veterinarian confirming the genetic defect and its impact on the puppy’s well-being. This report must be sent to us, along with the vet’s contact information.

2. Puppy Death: In the rare event that your puppy passes away, we require an autopsy from a licensed vet stating the cause of death. This documentation must be forwarded to us before any further action is taken. We reserve the right to confirm the diagnosis with a vet of our choosing.

3. Warranty Limitations: This health guarantee applies only to the original buyer and is not transferable. The warranty does not cover parasites, as puppies can pick up parasites during travel. Your puppy will be up to date on deworming and should continue to be regularly treated as advised by your vet.

Ongoing Care Responsibility

We raise our puppies from healthy, sound parents, and it is essential that you provide proper care to ensure a long and healthy life for your puppy. You play a critical role in helping your puppy grow into a healthy adult.

Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are unable to keep your puppy and wish to return it, you may do so along with all necessary paperwork provided at the time of purchase. Please note that you will not receive a refund for the puppy.

1-Year Health Guarantee

We stand by the health of our puppies and offer a 1-Year Health Guarantee against genetic defects, as outlined in the terms above. Our goal is to ensure that you and your new puppy have a happy, healthy journey together.
